Lose our fears, lose the stereotypes, lose the pressure, lose the limits. México is one of the most important countries for women's futbol in the world. However, our women's professional futbol team has only existed for 7 years and carries a lot of stereotypes, hardships, stigmas and barriers. We wanted to face this tension head-on and create an anthem we could be proud of. Taking real insights from the athletes themselves and turning them into powerful and inspiring stories, the campaign approaches the topic in an unexpected way. It talks about losing. Why? Because these athletes are playing a different game, for something much bigger than a victory. They play a game that beats adversity and creates opportunity for all women and future generations of players.&nbsp; We launched a massive campaign that took over Mexico City and resonated around the world. By drawing from the authentic insights of athletes, we created narratives inspired by the personal stories of five of the most celebrated players in the league. Mexico’s most emblematic airline deserved a historical campaign to celebrate its iconic 90th anniversary. By crafting a spoken word poem and pairing it with a surreal set design and known Mexican personalities, we gave wings to a piece that brought to life not only the airline’s deep history, but a whole country’s. We discovered that we were born with wings, but 90 years ago we learned to fly… To create this beautiful 360 integrated campaign, we filled Mexico and Times Square with digital billboards, partnered with global brands such as Corona, redesigned the historic logo, created an emblematic coffee table book, collaborated with local personalities on socials, created organic content, and even hosted a commemorative event in an aircraft hangar.&nbsp; It’s a presentation to society.However, this deeply rooted tradition perpetuates gender stereotypes, tying the future of the women to behaving under society's mandates. It’s time to give girls another option, a chance to lose these dated beliefs, stereotypes and norms and help them win a chance to become athletes. But how? We created the largest and boldest XV party in Mexican history, sponsored by Nike. But it was not a traditional party. So, instead of presenting them to the traditional society at this party,we presented our girls to the sports society, especially to sports clubs and sponsors.
